Božské album Norská zpěvačka a producentka Aurora vydala ve svých pouhých 25 letech již tři studiová alba, která se v její zemi umístila na prvním, sedmém a čtvrtém místě hitparády. Její píseň "Runaway", kterou napsala ve dvanácti letech a vydala na svém debutovém albu, nedávno sklidila obrovský úspěch prostřednictvím TikToku a Instagramu a šest let po svém původním vydání se dostala do první čtyřicítky britské singlové hitparády.

To vše svědčí o obrovském talentu, který se v této mladé umělkyni skrývá. Nyní ohlásila na rok 2022 vydání svého čtvrtého studiového alba. "The Gods We Can Touch" je elegantní a nebeské, ale také provokativní album o studu, touze a morálce, to vše viděné prizmatem vyprávění řecké mytologie. V každé z patnácti skladeb se setkáme s jiným božstvem, včetně Afrodity, bohyně lásky, Persefony, královny zatracených, Morfea, boha snů, nebo Peitha, zosobnění svádění a přesvědčování.

"Řekové měli bohy a bohyně pro všechno. Na strach, na víno, na sex... Kdysi dávno, když se toto pojetí bohů a bohyň objevilo, byli lidštější, srozumitelnější a téměř hmatatelní. A hlavně měli chyby," říká Aurora, která mimochodem sama nese jméno bohyně.
