Disturbed's sixth studio album "Evolution" was released on October 19, 2018. The album was produced by Kevin Churko, who also produced the band's previous album "Immortalized". The song was featured in the trailer for the film "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" in 2019. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 131,000 copies in its first week in the United States. It is the group's fourth album to debut at number one on the chart. The album was met with mostly positive reviews from music critics. On Metacritic, which assigns a normalized score out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the album received an average score of 71, indicating a "generally favorable rating". Neil Z. Yeung of AllMusic gave the album four stars out of five, writing that " Disturbed has always been a heavier band, but with "Evolution" they have raised the bar and brought new songs.
