Legacy Recordings releases a 12" vinyl album A Boy From Tupelo: The Sun Masters, which traces Elvis Presley's journey to becoming the King of Rock and Roll. It includes all the A and B sides Elvis recorded for Sun Records, plus additional songs recorded at Sun studios that appeared on his groundbreaking 1965 debut. The songs were produced by Sam Phillips and were recorded between July 1954 and July 1955. Elvis is of course accompanied by his unforgettable contemporaries, guitarist Scotty Moore and bassist Bill Black.
