On April 24th, King Diamond will release new CD and LP versions of their classic albums Abigail and Fatal Portrait on Metal Blade Records. The vinyl editions come in a spine sleeve format with an insert and download card. The CDs will be released as mini vinyl replicas with a hardcover, lyric insert and CD-look vinyl. King Diamond explains, "These are not remasters, the albums are exactly as they were originally, straight from the original production masters. They contain all the dynamics as they were recorded at the time. That's why I'm very happy to be able to make the recordings available to fans in their original state!"
